About

Built for one customer.

Mid-market private equity sponsors and the companies they back. Onshore, senior-led, and structured around three integrated practices — designed for how PE actually works, not adapted from a generalist consulting playbook.

The premise

An advisory firm designed around how PE actually works.

Mid-market PE sponsors and the companies they back live with a structural advisory gap. The Big 4 are sized for enterprise economics and run on enterprise calendars — too expensive and too slow for mid-market deals. The generalist consultancies are built for corporate clients, not sponsors. The offshore-leveraged firms trade rate-card savings for data-residency exposure, time-zone friction, and junior-heavy delivery that mid-market portcos can’t afford to babysit.

LinxIQ is what’s left when you take that gap and design around it. Onshore by default. Sponsor-economics native. Three integrated practices under one roof — diligence, finance, and data — sequenced for how PE actually moves through the hold period. Senior leadership on every engagement. Independent, by design.

We work only with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. We don’t take corporate strategy work. We don’t bid on government contracts. We don’t run an offshore arm. The focus is the differentiation.

How we work

Four operating principles.

01

Senior-led

Every engagement is led by a Director or Managing Director with 10+ years of practice experience. Junior staff support — they don’t lead. If an experienced senior isn’t in the room, we don’t take the engagement.

02

Lifecycle-native

We work both pace cycles: deal pace (LOI to close, measured in weeks) and operating pace (post-close to exit, measured in quarters). Most firms specialize in one. We’re built for both, which means we don’t have to hand you off mid-relationship.

03

Integrated, not siloed

Our three practices are structured to flow into each other. A QoE often leads to FP&A post-close; FP&A often leads to data infrastructure later in the hold. The work routes inside one firm rather than between three vendors, and sponsors get one accountable team across the lifecycle.

04

Sized to the work

Every engagement is scoped to a defined outcome — a QoE deliverable, a budget process, a data infrastructure go-live. When the work expands or continues (as it often does in our managed services), we right-size accordingly. We don’t sell hours we don’t need.

Let’s see if we’re the right fit.

Tell us about the work in front of you — we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right team for it. 48-hour response.
